We do not wait for you to bring us listings. We find and underwrite new units that fit your portfolio, negotiate the terms, and bring them online. Growing your unit count is part of the work, not an add-on you chase on the side.
How does the hybrid pricing work?
You pay a flat fee per listing plus a share of the revenue we generate. We only win when your portfolio earns more, so our incentives and yours point the same direction.
What is the performance guarantee?
We project a 90-day revenue uplift before you sign. If we miss it, we waive the retainer for that period. You are never paying us to stand still.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No lock-in. You stay because the numbers are working, not because a contract traps you. Each team takes a maximum of four portfolios at a time and we onboard new portfolios monthly, so we are selective about who we take on and committed once we do.
