Management companies take the listing, the reviews and a big cut of the revenue, then pay you last. We started StriveStays to flip that: an Airbnb cohosting company where the host stays the host, and we do the work.
Why We Exist
Hosting was always supposed to work like this
For years, getting help with your Airbnb meant handing it to a management company. They listed your place under their account, kept every review it earned, took 15 to 30% of the revenue and paid you at the end of the month.
Leave, and you started again from zero. We thought that was backwards. So we built StriveStays as a cohost: we come in on your listing, under your name, and run as much of it as you want us to.
