Our Portfolio Expansion System hunts down off-market deals, owner partnerships, and arbitrage opportunities and brings them to you, then onboards them end-to-end. We are the only management offer in the market built to grow your portfolio, not just manage it.

You pay a flat fee per listing per month plus a small share of revenue, so our incentives are tied to your results. Starter (7–12 listings) is $200/listing + 5%, Pro (13–20) is $175 + 4%, and Elite (21–50+) is $150 + 3%. The more you scale, the better your per-door rate. These prices cover ongoing management, your direct booking website and initial system setup are billed once as a separate setup fee.

Your monthly pricing covers ongoing management. Building your branded direct booking website and onboarding your listings, pricing, and operational systems is a one-time setup fee, not part of the recurring price. We quote it upfront with your free audit, so there are no surprises later.
